Board DevelopmentsThe next Board meeting will be held online on 5 November 2026. Dr Georg Belke Louis will also be leaving the Board. The ECA thanks him for his many years of support.Guideline DevelopmentsFollowing the success of, and growing interest in, the position paper “Reflections on Specifications for ATMPs Considering Patient-Centricity,” published in March, the Board is currently working on a series of guidelines on how to develop ATMPs. The first chapter will focus on “Building the Product.”EventsAn ATMP track will be part of PharmaLab in Darmstadt this November and will feature again at PharmaCongress 2027. The call for papers is open.MiscellaneousThe Group (via Dr Hauck) is cooperating with the Pharmaceutical Microbiology Group, EQPA, and the ECA Board on comments for a new chapter on phages.The ECA Foundation maintains a total of 10 Interest Groups.
